18th April 2014: The Indecision, Jamie Brewer and Roscoe

Roscoe make their return to the Dog for the first time in a couple of months. Get down early to check out this eclectic four-piece.

Jamie Brewer may as well set up camp in Bolton as we’re certainly making him work over the next few weeks. If you haven’t seen Jamie you’re in for a real treat. Check out the video for ‘Songbird’ below and you’ll see what I mean:

The Indecision haven’t been over here before. And we haven’t had a band with a horn section for a long, long time. Get your skankin’ pants on as these boys play some of the finest dancin’ music in the north.

“Elastic up-tempo rhythms along with a few narratives of life; the happiness and heartaches and the triumphs and troubles it brings, to create an energetic, purposeful sound to pick up your feet to.”

A new album will be tucked under their collective arms - well, new as of Sept 2013 - 'New Faces' (Do The Dog Records) showcases a rich and refreshing blend of ska and rocksteady.

“Through three singers and a three-piece horn section, 'New Faces' gives a definition to their sweet and soulful sound, from the bouncy ska of 'Sweet Girl', to the spacious, solid rocksteady groove of 'Who Are You Dancing For?'.”

Feel good vibes for those who miss Jeramiah Ferrari. Don’t miss it.
All this for free too. Yeah, I don’t know how we keep doing it. Make sure you lot are there to enjoy it because without you lot, we’re nothing.
